Tonight is the night, Industry Night (eep)!  9 amazing designers

from all over the country will be presenting their collections

on Windows on Washington tonight, and we can hardly wait.

Samantha Pleet, Genevieve Cortinovis,

Suzanne Lay, Jennifer Chun,

Eva Franco, and Wai Ming



So far this season, the runway shows have yet to disappoint

us, and we can't imagine tonight will be anything

short of amazing. On such a fashion filled night,

we want to look our best so we pulled a little outfit

inspiration featuring one of designers Samantha Pleet,

who we can't wait to see this evening.

Samantha Pleet at VIE

We have some pretty huge news; one of our

absolute favorite designers, Samantha Pleet, is heading to STLFW to

showcase her amazing pieces at a trunk show at VIE, and

yours truly have the honor of hosting.  We could not be more thrilled.

It's been six months since we were first introduced to the

talented designer at the spring NYFW.  Samantha's pieces are 

sold at selective online shops and stores, including Anthrolpologie and Wolverine. Check out her fall/winter 2013 collection here!

Samantha Pleet Fall 2013

We had the honor of sneaking a peek at Samantha Pleet's 2013 fall collection straight from her showroom. We were welcomed with mint tea, tarts and tea party sized snacks and cheeses, which was a warm welcome out from the swallowing storm outside. The collection for fall is very unique- full of velvet blazers, sleek capes, tasseled shoes and creative cut-outs. There are even pieces that have the print of one of Samantha's original watercolor paintings. We wanted to leave with the whole collection- including all of the amazing boots and oxford-styled shoes.
