Life of Adventure
ADVENTURE CALLS
It’s been a while since either of us have traveled,
and starting today, I (Gypsy) will be trekking west to
venture and hike my
way through Arizona and Utah. It’s been on
my bucket list for FAR too long, and there are a few
things waiting to be crossed off!
Check out my Road Trip check list below and follow us
On Instagram to join in on the adventure!
I will be sure to give a FULL recap when I return,
But for now, Antelope Canyons (and more)
are calling my name!
Happy Trails!

Casual Loafers
Loafers have been a growing trend this
season and we are LOVING all the styles,
especially the flat mule, and embroidered
details.
We love them paired best with a raw hem skinny,
(our favorite) mom jeans, or
distressed boyfriend jeans.
So many choices,
we need them all!
But for now, we will just swoon.

Tunesday; Pokey LaFarge
In honor of (unofficial) STL (3.14) day falling on Tunesday,
we thought we would highlight one of our favorite
artists from the Midwest, Pokey LaFarge.
Although he's not from St. Louis, he's from a town
in Illinois not far from STL, Bloomington, and started a band called the
South City Three with a couple of guys from
St. Louis. So his roots are close to the city's hearts!

Mint + Rose Gold Record Cabinet
Hello!
We have been so excited to share this post with
you all. It's been a while since we've refurbished
a vintage piece, but when we came across this
find (at quite a bargain might we add), we couldn't
pass it up!
We picked up this AMAZING mid-century
record cabinet. We've never seen anything like it.
We tried to do a quick search of it out of
pure curiosity to see how old it was, but could only
find a couple like it, and not even exact.
The look of it in it's original state wasn't quite our
flavor, so we decided to add a little flair to it
by painting it one of our favorite colors,
Mint Green, and adding this years metallic craze,
rose gold, or light copper, to match the office.
We couldn't imagine a more dreamy outcome
for a new home for our records and player!
We're obsessed!
Before
We bought a paint with a primer from Target to reduce costs, but this
piece still required a couple layers because of the
vinyl finish. For the Metallic paint, we used this light copper
acrylic from Target, and this wax paint from Michaels.
Happy DIY-ing!
