What you will need: 

a pair of fabric scissors and a basic t-shirt (any color), or any old graphic t-shirt

how to make it:

1. lay your t-shirt on a flat surface face up the side you want your skeleton cut-out on

2. reference some internet images to decide what you want your skeleton to look like

3.  If you feel comfortable enough, begin to cut out the design of your skeleton, otherwise, you can trace out your design lightly with a pencil

4. clean up and modify any jagged edges that you cut

5. Try it on!
