We
love to incorporate fresh produce into our recipes and we found this
"healthier" version of the ice cream sandwich that we had to try.
It’s one way to cool down in the steamy midwest summer.
Ingredients:
fresh
strawberries
cool whip
graham
crackers
How
to:
We chopped
up a handful of large strawberries and mixed them in a bowl with half of a
small container of cool whip, this makes about 12 sandwiches. With a
spatula we layered onto the graham cracker and made a sandwich. Freeze over
night and enjoy!
