{white} hot chocolate bar















White Hot Chocolate:

2 c. Half and Half
2 c. Milk (of your choice)
1/4 c. white chocolate wafers
a dash of green food coloring


Pour half and half and milk into a heavy bottom pot and set on
medium heat.  When the milk begins to get hot, add your chocolate 
wafers and stir continuously. When all the chocolate is melted, turn the heat to low
and pour! With the leftover chocolate wafers, we made stirring spoons. We melted in a glass bowl for 35-40 seconds dipped our spoons and decorated with sprinkles and crushed candy canes. We left them to harden on wax paper for about 15 minutes. Also on hand, plenty of marshmallows on skewers for a classic addition to our hot chocolate bar.
