We have been hosting a lot of brunches lately
and one of our favorite go-to recipes is eggs in a basket.
Not only is it very easy to make, they are insanely delicious.
you will need:
Medium size eggs
Pillsbury crescent rolls
cheese (optional, we used Gouda)
muffin pan
Pam cooking spray
how to make:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray the
muffin pan with the cooking spray.
Take one of the rolls and spread it in a bowl shape into the bottom of
the muffin pan. Repeat.
Next, take some cheese and put a small square
on top of each crescent roll. Lastly, crack an egg into each basket.
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until crescents are golden brown and the
eggs are cooked to perfection!
Enjoy!
