There is nothing we love more than some friendly baseball competition with the St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago Cubs and we conveniently have a friend from the UK who we wanted to take to an American baseball game, so this was a perfect opportunity to celebrate the end of summer. This game happened to be one of the three games where Budweiser donated $1,000 to BackStoppers for each time a player crossed home plate from either team. We were honored to be a part of a special game that was supporting EMS, Police and Firefighters locally. Also, the fun is not over. The proceeds of these games will be announced and celebrated at a watch party at Ballpark Village September 18th while simultaneously celebrating Global Be[er] Responsible day. Come join us and the fellow Cubs/Cards fans to promote the our local firefighters, police, and EMS as well as promoting responsible drinking by "Making A Plan"!
