Looking for a way to warm up this winter?
We have just the recipe for you!
It's a Cranberry Rosemary White Sangria.
(That's a mouthful!)
Here's what you need:
4-5 medium apples
1-2 cups of cranberries
1.5 cups of granulate sugar
Rosemary (for garnish and the sangria)
1 liter of club soda
2 bottles of white wine
a pitcher
Start by slicing your apples into cubes.
Cut enough apples to fill about 1/2 of your pitcher.
Next measure out your cranberries. Depending on your
pitcher size, you will need anywhere from
1-2 cups of cranberries. (Just enough
to "top off" your apples as seen above)
Now, take your sugar and pour a generous
amount one a plate. You will use this
to dust your rosemary herbs.
To dust, lightly wet your rosemary
branch, and then dust it through your sugar.
Set some of the branches aside for garnish in
your individual glasses, and place about 3
into your Sangria Pitcher.
Lastly, pour your club soda and bottles of wine
into your Sangria mixture.
Allow your Sangria to ferment for an hour or
two, to be sure to get all the fruity flavors in the mix.

When done, scoop some fruit into a glass,
pour, garnish, and enjoy!
Cheers to the new year!
