Easter Blondies

Ingredients

2 large eggs

2 c. flour

2 tsp vanilla

1.5 sticks butter

¼ tsp salt

2 c. brown sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1 c. Cadbury mini eggs

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat a 9x13 pans
with cooking spray.

Whisk melted butter and brown sugar until blended then add
eggs and vanilla. Mix until blended 

Add the rest of the dry ingredients (salt, flour, and baking powder)

 Gently fold in the Cadbury eggs (I used spatula to spread them around).

Pour batter and spread evenly in pan.  Bake for 25 minutes.
