Safety Pin Bracelet

Making jewelry out of recycled hardware is one of our favorite things to do.  Today, we decided to share our most recent piece.  It is created from some old broken necklace chains, safety pins, beads and a little copper jewelry wire.

Using safety pins to make jewelry is very easy and fun to do, and its a great way to make something unique. For our bracelets, we used the safety pins as a connector between the two chain strands.  We put the safety pin first on one end,  strung the pearl beads onto the pin, and then put the pin through the second chain and connected the safety pin together.  After we added all of our pins, we then added a third chain for some added detail.  We connected this using copper jewelry wire to sort of "sew" the two chains together.

We are quite excited about the outcome! It's the perfect statement bracelet, and the best part is, it's one of a kind <3

  2. protection pin jewelry doesn't sound superb state-of-the-art, however even the excessive style world has embraced the fashion. For years, protection pins have cycled inside and out of favor, which makes them an accessory staple. luckily, you don't ought to spend loads of bucks on a couture model of the look, nor do you need to pass bare bones with protectionpins like the punk rockers who sported them in the Seventies and '80s did. charmhouse.co.uk website
